Christian Conesa-Pietscheck
Executive President
President and founder of the Company. With a long trajectory and having lived many years in London, has great vision and undertaking spirit, founded Conesa Kieffer & Asociados S.A. Reinsurance Brokers in 1999. Due to his ample experience within the international markets he has a different vision about brokerage to that known in the Bolivian Market. He also worked in the London market with important companies such as Alexander Howden Ltd., Sedwick Group Plc. y Heath Group Plc., acquiring not only his technical knowledge but also human experience as a broker in the insurance market.

Teresa Conesa-Pietscheck
Administration and Finance Director
With ample experience in the financial area nationally as well as internationally. From the beginning of her professional career, this experienced executive has worked in important companies like Bankers Trust of New York. Also, the experience acquired with reinsurance brokers in London gives her a complete vision of the area Teresa is responsible for. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she handles claims and claims payment activities that are the fundamental pillars of this company.

Ximena Tapia Terrazas
Senior Director
Graduated in Business Administration, she has several specialization courses in strategic management and risks management, insurance and reinsurance. She handles the technical commercial area, analyzing completely each and every risk undertaken in order to offer the best service to insurance companies, giving them different coverage options in benefit of their insureds.
Amongst her prior responsibilities we can emphasize her management on the production area in a well-known Bolivian insurance company that has given her a complete vision of the insurance and reinsurance market.
